Private, group & workplace events

Bring a tabletop adventure to your group.

Planning a birthday, team gathering, friends' night, or community event? Game Master Society can help you shape an in-person RPG experience and connect with an independent local Game Master.

No RPG experience is needed for an event designed for beginners. Group size, system, venue, and Game Master availability are confirmed before booking.

An experience for your people

Your group, your kind of story.

A tabletop RPG is a shared story where players make choices and solve problems together, guided by a Game Master. You do not need to arrive knowing the rules.

Friends & celebrations

Birthdays and private gatherings

Try an introductory adventure or a themed game chosen for your group, at an agreed location.

Teams & businesses

Workplace experiences

Give colleagues a collaborative experience built around choices, communication, and a shared story, without claiming guaranteed team-building outcomes.

Community groups

Clubs and organizations

Explore one-shot or multi-table programming with clear audience, accessibility, venue, and scheduling expectations.

Possible experiences

Start with one great session.

We'll discuss the smallest useful format for your group, then check whether appropriate Game Masters and a suitable space are available.

01

First adventure

A beginner-friendly, standalone RPG story where the rules can be taught during play.

02

Mystery or horror

A character-led investigation, suspenseful adventure, or seasonal experience with expectations agreed in advance.

03

Multiple tables

For larger groups, several independent GMs may be able to support a coordinated event when capacity and logistics allow.

How it works

Clear plans, clear responsibilities.

  1. 01

    Tell us about your group

Share your audience, approximate size, location, goals, and possible dates.

  2. 02

    Plan a format

We discuss the right game, accessibility needs, venue details, and potential GM availability.

  3. 03

    Agree on the details

Any coordination fee, GM fee, payment terms, and cancellation expectations are explained in writing before confirmation.

  4. 04

    Enjoy the adventure

The Game Master runs the agreed session, and GMS helps with the coordination covered by the arrangement.

How pricing and payment work

GMS may charge a separate event-coordination fee. The independent Game Master generally agrees on and receives their own session fee directly from the client unless a specific written event arrangement says otherwise. Pricing depends on the group, format, location, preparation, and availability. We will not ask you to commit before the details are agreed.
